Hazelnut & Hemp Energy Bites + Almond Coconut Energy Bites
Yes, energy bites are so good that I had to include two different recipes here!
Energy bites are so convenient, acting as a great grab and go snack when you’re in a squeeze for time! What I also love about energy bites is that they’re great craving crushers! Usually loaded with healthy fats and proteins, they take longer to digest, satiating you for longer periods of time, and stopping the release of hunger hormones that tell our brains that we’re hungry!
These energy bites are super quick and simple to make, and no baking required! They can be kept in the freezer or stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
Health Benefits of the Energy Bites!
These energy bites are:
- Loaded with healthy fats that support inflammation reduction, support the healthy development of cell membranes, support the functioning of the brain, and can be used to produce energy!
- Rich in collagen, the bodies most abundant protein, which is used for hair, skin, nails, joints, bones, and most importantly, the lining of the gut!
- Free of refined sugar
- Grain free
- Vegan
- Gluten free
- Dairy free
