Yes, energy bites are so good that I had to include two different recipes here!

Energy bites are so convenient, acting as a great grab and go snack when you’re in a squeeze for time! What I also love about energy bites is that they’re great craving crushers! Usually loaded with healthy fats and proteins, they take longer to digest, satiating you for longer periods of time, and stopping the release of hunger hormones that tell our brains that we’re hungry!

These energy bites are super quick and simple to make, and no baking required! They can be kept in the freezer or stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

Hazelnut & Hemp Energy Bites:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hazelnut butter
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 2/3 cup of raw hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup of raw chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp collagen powder
  • 10-20 drops of pure stevia liquid
  • For coating: Raw hemp seeds

Almond Coconut Energy Bites:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 5 medjool dates 
  • 2/3 cup of raw hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup of raw chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp collagen powder
  • 10-20 drops of pure stevia liquid
  • For coating: shredded coconut

Instructions for Both Recipes:

  • Place nut butter, medjool dates, hemp seeds, chia seeds, collagen, and stevia in a food processor or high-powered blender and mix until a cookie dough like batter forms.
  • Line a glass container or any container you have with parchment paper.
  • Scoop out 1 tbsp amounts of dough at a time and roll into balls.
  • Coat each ball in desired amount of coating.
  • Once finished, place the energy bites into freezer for 15 minutes to allow them to form solidly.
  • Take out of the freezer and store in refrigerator or leave in the freezer for long term storage.
